The Glasgow Northeast By-election will be voted on and decided tomorrow (Thurs. 12th Nov. 09). All political parties are promising the earth (as always) to this poor quarter of a poor city. I don't need to say much. This story is told in pictures. Below are two images of Glasgow parks. They are only a few miles apart. They are both looked after by Glasgow City Council. One lies within the area being fought over. The other is in the well-to-do West End. The first image was taken on a phone camera in Springburn Park.
